Lars Goossens Architect is a design studio consisting of a collective of experienced architects working in the field of urban planning, architecture, interior and design. With ten plus years of experience in the Netherlands, the United States and Norway we are specialized in new-built housing as well as renovation. In a personalized design process we focus on the end user and listen to their wishes while adding ideas of use of space, daylight, new materials and sustainability.
Our studio strives for innovative and attractive designs in which the beauty and power of old structures are interwoven with modern techniques and contemporary ideas. Besides the visible result we are on top of any new and old regulations as well as permits that are needed to build. We have an extensive list of advisors that we can involve in the process. By guiding and supporting the client from design to realization we take care of any worries so that realizing the house of your dreams becomes an exciting and pleasant process.
After years of working abroad in New York and Oslo our studio is now situated in Amsterdam. Our experience in urban planning makes us focus on the context of every building and the history surrounding it. This way our architectural designs connect to the spirit of the place and become part of a cohesive urban tissue in which an individual can develop its qualities as well as the community it is part of.
